Hello loves!

This week I want to share a few tips on how to be your brightest on your birthday. When I say brightest I mean GLOW from the inside out by nourishing your body and celebrating in a way that leaves you feeling better than the year before!

July is my birthday month and I love to do a few extra things to boost my health and well being – it gives me a little extra kick in my step. Being a mom and gong through the challenges of life(!) leaves me as well as most others really needing some extra self care and love. Check out my tips below and let me know what you think!

Self care tips mentioned:

  1. Buy decadent health boosting cakes or make your own! I like Live Restaurant raw vegan Cakes in Toronto.

2. Add more greens! Green smoothies, Green juices, Salads , or Wheatgrass shots 🙂

3. Pamper yourself with a face mask (my turmeric face mask ) or check out my fav spa in the city for holistic natural facials Pure + Simple

4. Get a massage by a loved one or book one!

5. Get enough sleep!

There you go! These tips have helped me have a healthier and happier birthday in the past few years! Of course pick one thing to get you started. Sometimes it can be hard to change all in one go – so go at your own pace 🙂
