Summary:

  1. Ayurvedic Digestive Tea. Add in 1/2 tsp each of organic cumin, fennel and coriander seeds to a steeper and steep for 10 minutes. You can sip it 45 minutes after a meal to prevent bloating and digestive issues! The less digestive issues we have the better we will feel and look 😉
