I wanted to talk about emotional regulation because it’s a bit of a buzz word these days. 

You might think it’s the missing piece to help your emotional eating and while it is a piece of the puzzle there is more to this. 

When I work with women a lot of them have tried different things to help with their emotions. I had one client try doctor assisted psychedelics to help with her emotional eating. 

While she released trauma, grief and sadness she was still emotionally eating. 

This means that we need more to resolve this pattern. 

When I’m working with women and reflecting back at my own journey sometimes we think there is 1 magic bullet to help our emotional eating and if we just find it we’ll get there. 

But that isn’t the truth. We need a multilayered approach to help us. 

So I’ll be sharing with you what you need and where emotional regulation comes into play.
