Today I wanted to chat about shifting your nervous system so that you can resolve your emotional eating. 

When you are dysregulated, stressed, overwhelmed that triggers more emotional eating. 

And you need to be able to shift our nervous system and shift what is happening to resolve our emotional eating pattern.

When you’re triggered and in a stressful state what happens is that you are going to have all the symptoms that you are trying to get away from. So you will emotionally eat, have poor moods, poor digestion, poor immunity, and be creating a pathway for disease. 

When you shift your nervous system to rest and digest (calm) because you’ve resolved our emotional eating and know how to shift out of this pattern that is where you create calm, ease, peace and feeling good. Your mood will be better, have better digestion, better immunity, more confidence and self esteem. 

This is a physical shift in the nervous system. 

When you have this emotional eating pattern you won’t truly get to rest and digest until you resolve it on the deeper levels. 

So when you can do this regularly you will be shifting the nervous system so that it gives you the results that you want vs. the symptoms you’ve been carrying around for years and decades.
