Hello love,

When I was on my journey to resolving my emotional eating the main desire I had was to *just* feel normal around food.

I would longingly look at women around me who seemed to not have the same battle I did. They seemed so “normal” around food.

They had one bite

They didn’t eat everything in sight

And I really, like really, wanted that.

Because I felt so out of control with food. I felt like I was constantly hungry and constantly eating. I would at times feel so stuffed and so full and so disgusted with myself.

And I didn’t know what was happening. I thought I just needed to control food. So of course I went down all the different routes from trying all the diets, the different practitioners (trainer, nutritionist, chiropractor) and even seeing a therapist.

I tried to willpower my way through what I later discovered was Emotional Eating.
