Hello Love,

I want to take a moment to talk more about what emotional eating might be holding you back from.

You may feel like you have other areas of your life figured out, and on the surface, it might seem that way. But the way we feel about ourselves—day in and day out—along with the obsessive thoughts about food and our bodies, can drain a lot of our energy. These patterns prevent us from moving toward what we truly desire in life and achieving our goals.

When we’re stuck in the emotional eating cycle, even if it’s not actively happening, there’s still this underlying feeling of not being good enough, or struggling with low self-worth or confidence.

It feels like a numbing pain beneath the surface—almost as if you’re just waiting for the emotional eating to take over again.

A lot of the women I work with hide this pattern, which means they live with a constant layer of shame.

This shame becomes a barrier that stops you from living your life to the fullest.

In today’s video, I dive deeper into:

  • The weight of emotional eating when you’re pursuing your goals and constantly being pulled back.
  • How the comfort zone of emotional eating may feel familiar, but it’s not truly comfortable, and how you can move toward your desires, beyond this pattern.
  • How moving past emotional eating helps you show up the way you want to for your child, your career, your partner, and your life—without allowing yourself to stay stuck.

Check out the video as a potent reminder of what you might desire that’s being blocked by this pattern.
