Hello, love!

It’s the New Year, and with that comes a flood of diet plans and health trends. Everyone’s jumping back on the “wagon,” hoping to create healthier habits and make lasting changes — especially women eager to transform after the indulgent holiday season.

Many of us feel derailed after overeating, emotional eating, and overindulging during the holidays. For some, emotional eating might have been triggered by stress, loneliness, or family dynamics. So, we dive back into January, trying to “fix” the problem.

But let’s be real — the past month isn’t the only time emotional eating has been an issue. If you look back, there are probably other periods in your life where you’ve yo-yoed between emotional eating and trying new diets.

This may seem like a temporary fix — relying on willpower to stick to a diet — but willpower eventually runs out, and you’re back to square one: emotional eating.

If this cycle has been going on for years (or even decades), it’s time to recognize something bigger at play. The issue isn’t your willpower, and it’s certainly not about the diets. There’s a deeper root cause here.

Emotional eating is a coping mechanism, and it’s a subconscious pattern that has much more power over you than your conscious mind (willpower). In fact, your subconscious mind controls 95% of your actions.

Let’s dive in — check out the timestamps below to jump to the key sections:
