Here’s what I would do if I had an emotional eating episode and how I guide clients

A bit of my backstory…

Years ago I was struggled with Emotional Eating. I tried all the diets, I tried talk therapy for a couple of years, I had a personal trainer, a nutritionist and a chiropractor. When none of these things didn’t work after being committed for years I was understandably frustrated.

I decided I needed a fresh start with everything. I threw everything I was doing out the window, moved to Korea and thought that would help.

Nope, my Emotional Eating intensified even more so I had to figure it out. 

I started to find resources and step by step started to create a process to resolve my Emotional Eating which became The Emotional Eating Evolution Program and what I teach to clients. 

I want to share with you the process of when clients come into the program and how we resolve their Emotional Eating. 

You need to realize that you need more than willpower to resolve your Emotional Eating. This is important because we’ve been sold we need more willpower but willpower only has 5% per whereas our emotional eating pattern has 95% power because it is subconscious and in the body.

We need to recognize this and work with this pattern from this viewpoint. 

This will help us start going into the layers that will help us resolve our Emotional Eating. 

Since most of the clients I work with were dieters like myself there is a lot of diet mentality, restriction and disconnection from food and hunger.
