I wanted to tell a different story this week. I usually share the struggle I had with emotional eating but not so much the transformation.
The transformation is what pulled me forward. The desire to feel good.
It got me from point A to feeling the ease in my body and around food I desired.
It lead me to true freedom and liberation as I found practices, understandings and experiences that helped me reclaim my relationship to food, my body and myself.
And allowed me to transform.
Emotional Eating was the start of an evolution for me and the clients I have been blessed to guide.
