In this week’s video I wanted to go over digestion in a bit more detail. In this video I go through the various parts of the digestive tract and how we can use this information to get the most nutrition out of our food. When we don’t break down our food well, we don’t get the nutritional benefits of it and can end up with very expensive poo (not to be too graphic!).
