I felt called to share a bit more about my journey to overcoming emotional eating. I hope it helps you see that it took a lot of trial and error but when I finally figured out my emotions it was the missing key!
I realized emotional eating restricted me from nourishing myself and I desperately wanted to be healthy. I don’t usually talk about my own health struggles while I was emotionally eating but I do in this video. I also share a few tips on how to move through your emotions as well.
Overcoming emotional eating helped me with my health issues for sure. Health is our greatest asset especially these days 🙂
